By booking a service with Shiva Tourism, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

– All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.
– Customers are required to provide accurate and complete travel details at the time of booking.
– Additional charges such as tolls, parking fees, state taxes, and driver allowances may apply and are to be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.
– Any damage caused to the vehicle during the trip by the customer will be chargeable.
– The company is not responsible for delays caused due to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
– Shiva Tourism reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in case of unavoidable situations.
– Misconduct or inappropriate behavior with drivers or staff will not be tolerated and may result in service termination without refund.
